well, it should be Face to Face but why in the FUCK they aren't playing Fest 8 is beyond me.
What...the...fuck? I'm going to have to bust nuts to make Fest 8 and then Fun Fun Fun Fest the following weekend to catch them in Austin.

1) Good Luck
Even with the reunion bands I'm excited for, I am most psyched to see Good Luck. Never seen them. I missed them during last year's Fest because I hadn't heard them/didn't know anything about them yet. They did tour this year, but I went away on vacation the week they played in NYC (which I didn't realize was happening because their dates said TBA for so long and a date was confirmed after my trip was set). Into Lake Griffy is a fantastic record and every song just puts me in a good mood and a smile on my face. So yeah. Maybe this is lame but this band is an absolute must see for me. 2) The Knockdown Great dudes and great friends, people should check them out if they can!

2. small brown bike. I'm REALLY bummed to miss shang-a-lang for SBB and really bummed to miss algernon cadwallader for the measure, but such is life. those are my only two conflicts though for the whole weekend! |
