just saw on the swellers website they're playing at the rion ballroom on the 31st? thats the UF show right? looks like it's on the corner of university so not too bad...

The Rion Ballroom is not on the corner of university. It's pretty much smack dab in the middle of campus in the reitz union.

I went there last year for Minus The Bear and it's pretty far away from all of the action. Plus there's a good chance it will fill up really earlier with non-Festers like it did last year and you will have made the trip for no reason.

yeah, i wouldn't fuck around with the rion ballroom. especially if there are other bands you want to see that afternoon/evening.
i got hosed last year for MTB.

Hmmmmm?
A City Safe From Sea has George's Meet and produce as their venue. Which does not even exist anymore and is no longer even a music space. The place between where George's was and the CMC is having shows though. What's up with this Fest crew?
